1. First, check the hydraulic pliers for any oil leakage, whether the fixing screws in each part are loose, whether the safety locking pin of the operating handle is locked properly, and whether the safety tail rope is fixed properly.
2. When using, first adjust the up and down distance of the hydraulic caliper, adjust the steering pin, and open the safety lock pin of the operating handle. Open the safety door. Then push or pull out the oil pipe joint to close the safety door. During operation, when making up the buckle, first make up the buckle at full gear. When there is no diagonal buckle, replace the quick buckle. When it is almost full, switch back to full gear and tighten the buckle. When tightening, check the torque gauge and tighten according to the specified pressure. After completion, open the safety door and exit the pliers. When unloading, the first step is to slow down the unloading, then switch to a fast bell after 3-4 turns. After unloading, exit and close the safety door.
3. In terms of safety, it is best to operate the hydraulic pliers alone. When operating the on/off buckle, hands should not touch the rotating parts, and the driller should cooperate with the throttle and hydraulic valve. When changing the pliers, be sure to lock the operating handle and pull the hydraulic valve to the closed position. Another thing is that if the hydraulic pliers cannot be removed slowly, they will need to be clamped with a large tong, and rough operation is not allowed.
