1. Generally, it is due to insufficient hydraulic oil. Check if the oil level is sufficient and add more fuel.
2. Check for contamination and impurities in the hydraulic oil. When impurities are mixed in the oil, it often leads to poor sealing of the steel balls and arc ports in the cylinder during oil inlet, which cannot meet the required pressure. Solution: Change the oil and clean the oil cylinder.
3. If the pressure is not enough after cleaning and changing the oil, the high-pressure pressure valve can be adjusted. Sometimes, the high-pressure valve may loosen, causing the hydraulic clamp to start releasing pressure before the required high pressure is reached.
4. If the pressure regulating valve cannot adjust to the required pressure, it is necessary to consider the wear of steel balls in the oil cylinder, weak or broken springs, wear of the oil pressure piston, failure of seals, and wear of the oil cylinder. At this time, relevant accessories need to be replaced or ground for repair.
